Oaths & Certified Copies

Administering an oath or providing a certified copy of a non-recordable document. 


Mobile Travel Fees

Convenience fees for mobile service, calculated by travel distance from 78240

Local Zone (0-5 Miles)

$35.00

Service within the 78240 area, Medical Center, and USAA vicinity. 

Metro Zone (6–15 Miles)

$55.00

Service including Downtown, Stone Oak, and North Central San Antonio. 

Extended Zone (16–30 Miles)

$75.00

Service including Boerne, Helotes, and surrounding Bexar/Bandera areas .

Total cost = (Notary Fee x signatures) + Travel Fee. I accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, and Cash App. Digital wallet payments (Google/Samsung Pay) are accepted via QR scan. No physical credit cards accepted in person; no cash kept on hand for change.

  •  Verified Identification: All signers must present a current, unexpired, government-issued photo ID.
    • Examples: Texas Driver's License, U.S. Passport, or U.S. Military ID.
  • Document Readiness: Please ensure all documents are fully filled out except for the signatures. I cannot notarize a document with blank spaces.
  • Physical Presence: All signing parties and any required witnesses must be physically present at the time of the appointment.
  • Language Requirement: I can only notarize documents where the notarial certificate (the section I sign) is in English.

  • Expired Identification: I cannot legally accept a Texas Driver’s License or Passport if it has passed its expiration date.
  • Spanish-Only Documents: While I serve all clients, I can only notarize documents where the notarial certificate (the wording I sign and seal) is in English.
  • Signed Documents: Please do not sign your documents beforehand. By law, I must witness the signature being made in person.
  • Blank Forms: I cannot notarize a document that has blank spaces or missing information. Please have the document fully prepared before our meeting.
